"Just a quick note to thank you so much for cooking a hog roast for our wedding breakfast- it was delicious and much appreciated by our guests. There was sufficient left over for the following day when we had another hoard of people descend; they also loved the meat. I certainly think that cooking it over charcoal gives it a lovely taste."
